How to Use Flora Corona Flower Essences & Gem Elixirs

INTERNAL USE

The traditional way to use flower essences and gem elixirs is to take them internally.

To use them this way, put 2-4 drops of an essence or elixir into a glass of water or juice. Another good way to use them is to add 2-4 drops to a water bottle and sip during the day.

ADDING THEM TO BATH & BEAUTY PRODUCTS

As liquid concentrates, Flora Corona Essences & Elixirs can be added to your favorite cream, lotion or body oil. This will create a vibrational tone to your application that is refreshing and new. They can also be added to salt scrubs or other bath & beauty products such as face cleansers & shampoo.  Add 5-7 drops of essence to 3-8 oz. of oil, liquid, or lotion. Shake well or use a hygienic stirrer (wooden skewers work well) to infuse the essence/ elixir into the substance.

BATHS

Add 10-12 drops of essence or elixir into your bath water to revive tired forces. Soaking for 10-20 minutes in the water gives renewed energy for your day. You can also add them to a large bowl of very warm water & soak your feet.

INFUSING WATER/ ALOE VERA GEL

One of the best ways to use these vibrational essences/ elixirs is to apply them full body. Your skin takes in the frequencies and tones encoded in them more quickly than taking them internally. Add 3-5 drops of essence/elixir to a warm bowl of water (4 oz. or so). Dip a clean washcloth into the infused water, wring the cloth well, and rub all over your body. This method can be used whenever you feel the need for renewed vitality. In warm weather, it is refreshing to add 3-5 drops of essence/elixir to a bowl of aloe vera gel- stir well- and apply full body. The aloe vera gel acts like liquid air conditioning as it dries and softens your skin.

COMPRESSING

For a deeper application, add 2 drops of essence or elixir to a warm bowl of water, and using a washcloth dipped in the solution (wring well) apply the cloth over your chest, back of the neck, or stomach and rest for 45 minutes. This method is particularly effective as the skin takes in substance via warmth- so the warm compress allows the vibration of the essence or elixir to permeate more deeply into the skin, releasing stress and tension that leads to deep relaxation.

ADDING TO SPRAY BOTTLES

You can also add 3-5 drops of essence/ elixir to spray bottles for misting your body, car or rooms during the day to infuse your atmosphere with the subtle energies of gems and flowers. Adding 2-3 drops of essential oil to the
spray bottle adds fragrance.

LIQUID FENG SHUI

Infuse your environment with vibrational color and light encoded in the essences/elixirs by adding 3-5 drops to essential oil burners/ bowls of water/ vases of flowers.

*  Vibrational substances are sensitive. To ensure purity of the essences/ elixirs, don’t touch the dropper to your skin, mouth or substances you add them to.

Maile activates the stomach meridian and provides vibrational ‘yum yum’ to your body that makes life easy to digest.

Kale- 3-5 leaves
Green Apple- cut into pieces
Lemon- cut in half
Ginger- 1/2 thumb size
Gogi Berries- 1- teaspoon
Maile Flower Essence- 8 drops

Add the first five ingredients to a food processor until chopped- add water until the food processor is full.

Strain the liquid into two glasses. Add 4 drops of the Maile flower essence to each glass.

Stir well- give one to a friend- toast to a brilliant ‘best day ever’ and drink up. Maile is one of the most “delicious” flower essences creating a “paradise” state of mind.

Magnolia / Garnet Skin Firming/ Glow Treatment

I first learned of this treatment when an esthetician bought Flora Corona Magnolia Flower Essence and Garnet Gem Elixir and added
them to her liquid make-up daily.

She emailed me that she could literally feel and see her skin tighten and have new glow.

Her husband noticed the difference and commented when she’d forgotten to add the drops of Magnolia and Garnet to her daily make-up regime.

Liquid Make-up
Magnolia Flower Essence- 1 drop
Garnet Gem Elixir- 1 drop

Put some of your liquid make-up in the palm of your hand- add the drops of Garnet and Magnolia- and infuse into your skin with your
hands or a natural brush.
